Boodles British Gin is made in the classic London Dry style and inspired by a recipe that dates back to 1845.
Every batch of Boodles Gin is made with labour and patience. It begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat and is infused with a number of traditional herbs and spices including nutmeg, sage, and rosemary. These ingredients add a mellow but herbal quality to Boodles, which balances out the essential piney notes from juniper. The liquid is then redistilled in a Carter Head copper still, which allows the botanicals to gradually infuse into the spirit.
It’s the only gin with no citrus in its production but infused with a number of traditional spices. The omission of citrus botanicals leads to an understated aromatic nose and taste.
Boodles Gin is as balanced and refined as a silver service tray, suitable for any proper drink including a Boodles & Tonic, Churchill Martini, Tom Collins, or further mixology for those so inclined.
